A selection of Christmas presents for your Dad, brother, or husband

Christmas gifts for the man in your life from Coes.co.uk

The gifts above are all available from Coes. First is the Gentleman’s Hardware Buff & Shine shoe shine kit. At £15 it’s a really nice stocking filler to keep his shoes in tip top condition. Next to that is the Secrid card wallet which you’ll see more of in one of the videos below. At £50 I’m a real fan of this modern take on the traditional wallet.  To the right of the wallet is the CHPO Harrold Watch with tan leather strap. It’s a very classic design and will suit most guys. Lastly are some great fur lined gloves by Dents, again there’s more on those in the video.

Christmas Gifts From Burton Menswear

Craig shares a selection of his top Christmas gift ideas for the man in your life from Burton Menswear

If you’re stuck for ideas of what to get your Brother, Dad, Boyfriend, mate or any other guy in your life, look no further, as I’ve selected some great items from Burton Menswear that are sure to hit the mark this Christmas. Every year, guys will get something that doesn’t thrill them with joy. I’ve been a victim of that last minute grab and wrap, so make this year different!

The Christmas Jumper

Christmas jumpers don’t have to have a huge reindeer on them with a flashing nose and antlers on the shoulders. They can be restrained and classy. Take this one for example. In a navy knit it depicts an embroidered Christmas scene and a snowy landscape with tasteful reindeer and trees. Available in stores and online right now for £28.

My Favourite Fair Isle

Craig shows us his top 10 Fair Isle jumpers for autumn and winter 2017

Named after an incredibly small Island off the coast of Scotland, Fair Isle is the general term for intricately patterned knitwear. I won’t bore you with the details of the techniques involved in producing this particular style of knitwear, but I will show you my top ten favourite sweaters that fall into the Fair Isle category.

Fair Isle sweaters really are a great option for the cooler whether, wear one with a tweed jacket over an oxford button down shirt and a bow tie or dress it right down with your favourite old jeans and some comfy socks.  Gift wise, you can’t go wrong. They’ve stood the test of time and suit a range of ages since they’ve seen significant resurgence in the past couple of years, so it’s a safe bet.

I’ve done my best to choose you a range of sweaters to suit a range of budgets and tastes.

My Top Ten

First up is this Nordic style sweater by Lands’ End Beige fairisle sweater at Debenhams – Was £110 Now £53.62. This is a more casual swear and will look great with jeans and boots.
