Craig of That Dapper Chap reviews skincare by Dr Jackson’s available at Cult Beauty
As a modern chap of a certain age it’s important for me to look after my skin so I’m always on the look out for new products to try. Enter Dr Jackson’s and their range of skincare available online at Cult Beauty.
Available in over 30 stores worldwide and online Dr Jackson’s offer a range of luxury products created from natural ingredients. The guys at Dr Jackson’s state “We formulate products that care for the skin in the most natural and effective way possible”
After cleansing my face I tried the Dr Jackson’s 01 Day Skin Cream. It’s a rich but light cream containing kigelia fruit extract, shea fruit butter, baobab seed oil and marula seed oil. Great for troubled skin it hydrates well while the Kigelia soothes and erases imperfections.
The Dr Jackson’s 06 body perfecting gel smells incredible! I don’t tend to use a body cream as I don’t generally have an issue with dry skin, but after working out and showering it is a good thing to do to revitalise. It’s antioxidant and contains sea buckthorn, kigelia, baobab, orange flower and patchouli.
I love the bottle that the 02 Night Cream comes in, it feels very scientifically vintage, like something from a Victorian Pharmacists shelf. The bottle aside the product is very nice. Another great smelling cream it contains botanics that assist with sleep and will nourish the skin while you drift off.
Last but not least is the 03 Face Oil. In another very cool bottle with it’s own pipette, it’s an all natural versatile moisturiser and can be used on the face, cuticles and even your hair. It’d be good as a beard oil, and can also be used to spot treat patches of very dry skin. Yet again it smells delicious and is made from baobab seed oil, marula seed oil, calendula flower extract and arnica flower extract.
So, if you’re looking for some new products to try or maybe you’re a person who tends to opt for products that only contain natural ingredients, take a look at the range that Dr Jackson’s has to offer. There are more products in the range than I’ve shown here, including coconut melt, an eye essence and a face wash. Take a look, give them a try and let me know what you think.
