Craig of That Dapper Chap shares details of the seventh collection of suits, shirts and accessories from Noose & Monkey
With six awesome collections under it’s highly styled belt, Noose & Monkey returns with it’s seventh collection for Spring summer 2017.
With a burst of colour, pattern and texture, I’m already thinking of spring weddings and summer rooftop parties sipping gin cocktails as the sun sets.
As we’ve come to expect from Noose & Monkey, pattern and colour is bold! if you’re a guy who wants something different and who enjoys standing out from the crowd Noose & Monkey have got just what you need. Texture comes in the form of rich velvet’s in deep pink, burgundy, ice blue & duck egg. There’s also the crocodile and snake skin blazers if you’re a fan of unusual patterns.
For SS17 they’ve thrown in a brand new style in the form of the Picasso tail coat, with all-over velvet flocking design. And talking of things a little more formal, they’re also giving us tuxedo’s with two new styles gracing the rails, perfect for wedding, prom or that James Bond moment we all have from time to time.
I have my own ‘Ellroy’ suit which I wear to death, it’s a great every day, well fitting suit. If you want something other than black and navy this season check out the new colours that are coming our way, as the ‘Ellroy’ is now available in wine, bright pink, & pistachio amongst others
If tartan is your thing, you’ll be pleased to hear that Noose & Monkey will continue the range with the new ‘Hogarth’ suit which will come in burgundy & navy colourway, in addition to a classic green & navy tartan. It sold out on first release so keep your eyes peeled if you want one as more stocks are expected soon.
You’ll find blazers for between £120 and £165, waistcoats between £45 and £50 and trousers for £50 to £65
So, we know that Noose & Monkey do great suits but did you know they also offer shirting and accessories like ties, bow ties, collar chains and cufflinks to complete your look? If you fancy a cool new shirt and some cool finishing touches to go with that swanky suit you’ll also find these at Noose & Monkey. Shirts will be available throughout the season for around £40.
If you want something less formal, they also have velvet bomber jackets with the ‘Monet’ in a gold crushed velvet along with one in burgundy and black flocking print. Again, don’t be surprised if these fly of the shelves so get in quick. Get yours for £125 to £130.
The range is available directly at NooseAndMonkey.com, but you’ll also find them in ASOS, Zalando and De Bijenkorf, as well Topman online and in store in Oxford Circus, London and selected stores across the states.
